This afternoon we headed over to a pumpkin patch at the Bracken United Methodist Church. Bracken is a small town about 5 miles west of us. William is still pretty tired from being sick, so he did the best that he could. At first he just wanted to be carried around, but after a short amount of time he decided to walk around. He had fun climbing on the pumpkins and just investigating them. At one point he had spotted a little scarecrow girl by a tree, and bless his heart he thought she was real and ran right up to her. We're not quite sure what he thought of her once he realized she was fake. We picked a pumpkin out to carve on Halloween and called it a day. It was a short trip, but very fun. Enjoy the slide show of some of the pictures we took during our adventure!
Be sure to check the blog this weekend for Halloween updates. We can't wait to show off William's homemade costume!
Happy Halloween Eve!
